How we handle the details you send us through intendant.uk.
This notice covers the intendant.uk marketing website. Customer data processed inside Intendant products is covered by each customer's own agreement with us.
Who we are
Intendant is a product of TVET Training Systems UK Ltd, the data controller for information collected on this website. Contact us at info@intendant.uk.
What we collect
When you use the contact form we collect your name, company, work email and, if you give them, your phone number, what you are interested in, company size and your message. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies on this site.
Why we use it
We use these details only to reply to your enquiry and, if you ask, to arrange a call or a walkthrough of our products. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us. We will not add you to a mailing list or sell your details.
Who we share it with
- Cloudflare, which hosts this website and processes form submissions.
- Resend, which delivers the enquiry email to our inbox.
Both act as our processors under written terms.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry emails for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a customer, in which case your contract terms apply.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, object to how we use it, or ask us to restrict it. Email info@intendant.uk. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
